I am so happy that you sent me those recipes....Thankyou very much......If you want to send me more, I would appreciate it greatly.....The perogy recipe sounds like my BaBa's dough although I seem to remember that she used to use some kind of Farmer's cheese..Have you ever seen a recipe with this in it?? I seem to recall my mom always going to some special store and getting this special cheese......Thanks again....I will look for more recipes...And by the way, the apricot thing looks like the same thing.....I am so very happy :):):)Tania
