Ukrainian Recipes

Misc.

Hi Flo: So glad that brought memories for you....When I was a child, we also had them at least once a week if not more. Now, I make them less often but especially for special events. Lots of times I just make a bunch and freeze them for later use. My mother used to make them fresh all the time, never froze them.
If you can think of a dish that grandmother made, I may have the recipe for it. I have typed up quite a few that Tania asked for but there are more of course.
If you want to ask me a question as to how to make something you can ask Betsy for my address and email me personally if you would prefer.
Are you from Canada or elsewhere? It is so interesting on this board the different countries people come from!!!!
Sally.
