1 egg yolk 1/2 to 3/4 pkg (8oz) cream cheese

Mix cream cheese and butter. Add sour cream and egg yolk. Mix well. Add flour and baking powder at little at a time. Refrigerate dought at least 2 hours or overnight. Roll out 1/4" and cut circles. Press thumb in middle and add jam of your choice. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown
