Hi Sally..I am from New York....about 8hrs southeast of you...I am 70 miles north from New York city..I think I will try to find the farmers cheese..But I am not to sure how much to put into my recipe..if you have any suggestions I would appreciate them..By the way, Happy Holidays...and thankyou for all your help...I will be looking forward to more recipes..I plan on making the apricot dessert for Christmas..I am so excited !!!
