These are so delicious sounding. I will definately have to give them a try soo. My DH loves lemon pie so I know he will love it, and I relish the idea of cooking the pork in the crockpot- I just love my crock-pot!!! By the way, I think your haircut sounds just lovely. I have been entertaining the idea of cutting mine that way- you may have just given me the inspiration I needed to make the change.

Would you by any chance be willing to share the recipe you had oringinally intended to make with your pork? I am always on the lookout for a good crockpot recipe, especially after a long day teaching.
