Hi Karen,

I hope you now have a haircut you love and brings a happy smile to your face.

It is always a joy to read your postings on recipes from beautiful England. Many years ago when we accompanied our daughter on a high school trip to England and Scotland, I so enjoyed the food served in pubs, can you believe that?

I also thought it a thrill, an absolute must to go into local grocers...I would wander the aisles looking at the different foods, how they were canned and boxed. Oh, and the different names of meats in the meat department. I also loved the containers of cream and milk and yogurts. What a nut I am to be like that!! I bought a can of cat food because it had the lovliest picture of a black cat...to this day I use it to hold pencils and pens. Of course, my Moochie girl just loved the contents!!
