Recipe(tried): Sweet Corn Salsa

Toppings - Salsas
Ok I have a recipe:

SWEET CORN SALSA

about 6 cobs sweet corn, cooked
some peaches, peeled, cut in small pieces
1 large sweet onion, cut in small pieces
4 ripe tomatoes, cut in small pieces
2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
small bunch cilantro, chopped
1 lime
1 lemon

Kinda finger mix the first six ingredients together. If you have picky kids you can grind it up some and blend the flavors more for a wetter, salsa.

Then take one lime and lemon and squeeze the juices only over the whole lot of it.

Then store it in the fridge.

It is great with chicken, steak, quesadillas, salads, or use as a dip with Tortilla chips and sour cream. No fat, high in protein low in carbs except for the tomatoes. Great in the summer!!!
