Recipe(tried): Spanish Delight

Main Dishes - Casseroles
Spanish Delight

1 large onion, chopped
2 TBS. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1(12 oz.) pkg noodles
1 qt. tomatoes
1 pt. corn
1 can ripe olives, drained
1/4 lb. grated cheese

Cook noodles 15 minutes and drain. Brown ground beef, onion and green peppers in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Put into large casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350 or simmer on stove. Sprinkle cheese onver the top for the last 15 minutes.
