Recipe: Million Dollar Salad (marshmallows, coconut, mandarin oranges, pineapple, raisins, yogurt dressing)

Million Dollar Salad (marshmallows, coconut, mandarin oranges, pineapple, raisins, yogurt dressing)

Salad
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
1 can (10 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
3/4 cup California raisins

Dressing
1/2 cup lowfat sour cream
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill up to 24 hours. Serve as salad or dessert.

Servings: 6
