Corn with Garden Herb Butter
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove minced garlic
1 pkg (16 oz.) Birds Eye Baby Gold & White Corn
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt
In skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender.
Stir in corn, sage, thyme and salt; cover and continue cooking for 5 to 6 minutes, or until done.
Servings: 6
