Recipe(tried): Creamy Cucumbers

This is sooo easy. But a tradition in our famly since b/4 I was even born!! :)

Creamy Cucumbers

3 to 4 cucumbers, peeled, sliced
2 cups sour cream (or to taste)
Salt to taste

In medium-size bowl combine cucumbers and sour cream (if you like alot, add alot... I like lotsa sour cream). Stir, then add your salt to taste, stirring again.
And that's it!! :)

This goes really well with mashed potatoes.
