Savory Corn and Broccoli
1 can (14-3/4 oz.) DEL MONTE Cream Style Golden Sweet Corn
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can (11 oz.) DEL MONTE Summer Crisp Whole Kernel Vacuum Pack Corn, drained
1 1/2 cups small broccoli florets
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup (about 6 wafers) crushed shredded wheat wafers
Stir together cream corn and flour in medium bowl until combined. Stir in whole kernel corn, broccoli, onions, egg and pepper.
Spray 9-inch pie plate with nonstick spray coating. Spoon mixture into pie plate. Sprinkle with wafers.
Bake at 350F 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
May use Del Monte No Salt Added Cream Corn and Whole Kernel Corn to reduce sodium, if desired.
