Recipe: Bean Dip

Appetizers and Snacks
Bean Dip

1 can condensed black bean soup
1can condensed bean & bacon soup
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper
8 oz. sour cream

Combine all ingredients (except sour cream) in a saucepan. Heat, stirring constantly.

Add sour cream and simmer 10 minutes more.

Serve hot with favorite chips.

More garlic powder and hot sauce may be added if desired.
