Recipe(tried): Chocolate Chip Orange Shortbread - I have searched for this recipe!

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars
I got this recipe (Chocolate Chip Orange Shortbread) from a fellow Girl Scout leader about 15 years ago!. I made it every Christmas for gifts - it is wonderful! I lost it when I moved 8 years ago and have searched everywhere for it. I am so glad I found it in time for this Christmas. Thank you so much.
