Recipe(tried): 1-1-2 Salad Dressing (sweet and sour dressing)

Salads - Salad Dressings
1 - 1 - 2 Salad Dressing

This is good on everything from green salad to pasta salads as well as marinated squash,tomato,red onion salad.

It consists of:
1 part sugar (or sugar substitute)
1 part red wine vineger
2 parts light oil (I have used both vegetable and ganola oil)

mix well (a shaker or osterizer are both good). Pour over salad and toss.

This makes a light sweet n' sour dressing.
