Recipe(tried): All In One Fiesta Stew Pot is the best!

This is the best stew ever.  My father had cut it out from the Des Moines Register years ago and made it on a whim.  The house smells wonderful as you prepare this unusual combination of ingredients. It does however take a while to prepare.  This is a family favorite and when I serve this to guests they always want a copy of the recipe!  You can't go wrong.
