For the lady who's husband was dying for Ambrosia Salad, here is a very easy recipe for it.
Take one can of fruit salad and drain the juice.
Place it in a nice size salad bowl about 2 quarts.
Add 1 bag of mini marshmallows and a small container of cool whip.
Blend together slowly add about 1/2 cup of coconut and mix again.
Place in refrigerator and let cool for about 1 hour.
Serve with lady fingers. It's greeeeeat.
If you need to make alot for a party put everything together except for the cool whip. Add that about 20 minutes before serving. This way the cool whip does not break down.
