Recipe(tried): Asian Chicken Marinade

Tina, this is another regular recipe in my house. I really enjoy grilling, and think marinades are the way to go!

Asian Chicken Marinade

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup grated ginger
2 Tablespoons coarsely chopped garlic
2 Tablespoons lime juice
2 Tablespoons honey
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate the chicken breasts 8 hours, then grill. Use reserved marinade to baste chicken while cooking.
