This is better than what you can buy in a jar.
2 cans stewed tomatoes, mexican style, drained
1 can chopped green chilies
1/2 medium onion, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. lime juice
Jalepeno to taste if you want a hotter salsa
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (do not use the stems)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
Combine all of the ingredients in the food processor and process until well blended.
