Baja Sauce (Jalapeno Cream Cheese)
They have told me (by the way oldest trick in the book is that you must have ingredients as you have allergies to certain things-they must tell you):
cream cheese, softened
half and half cream
jalapeno juice
jalapeno pepper, diced (optional)
I cream the cream cheese, add the half and half, then the jalapeno juice (a lot of it) and sometimes I add diced jalapenos in for more! Not sure where you taste the garlic from - but you could try and add a little garlic powder or salt. I warm it up covered in the microwave and then pour it on!
