Recipe: Fiery Jalapeno-Cheese Spread

FIERY JALAPENO-CHEESE SPREAD

2 C. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can jalape o relish
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
3/4 tsp. garlic powder

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add all ingredients. Top with cover; process 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Serve with assorted crackers. Yield: 2 1/4 cups.
