Recipe(tried): BBQ Chickenwiches

BBQ Chickenwiches
Servings 4

2 cups shredded cooked chicken
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
4 kaiser rolls, split
1 oz. (1/4 cup) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend

In medium saucepan, combine chicken, barbecue sauce, onion and mustard. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. To serve, spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto bottom half of each roll. Top each with 1 tablespoon cheese; cover with top half of roll.
