Recipe: Blueberry Muffin Mix baking instructions

I don't have the Better Homes and Gardens instructions,
but maybe this will help.

Baking instructions from a box of King Arthur Organic Blueberry Muffin Mix - 11-oz size:

1 egg
5 Tablespoons melted butter or 1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk

Preheat the oven to 425-F. Grease 6 muffin cups or line with
greased muffin papers.

Stir together the egg, butter or oil, and milk.

Add the mix, stirring just until combined.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups.

Bake the muffins for 14 to 16 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Remove from oven, wait 5 minutes, and serve warm.

Yield: 6 muffins.
