Recipe(tried): Boboli Barbecue Chicken Pizza
Pizza/FocacciaADVERTISEMENT
Pat, I am happy to hear that there is someone else in the world who puts sugar snap peas on pizzas! I like to "doctor up" my frozen pizzas with different things, and sugar snap peas are my favorite topping. I got some really strange looks from my roommates when I would do that. It is nice to know there is someone else out there with such good taste! :)
Anyhow, I like making barbecue chicken pizzas with a Boboli crust.
I spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce on the pizza and top it with diced, cooked chicken, red and green peppers, purple onion, and mozzarella and bake according to package directions. It is a really tasty and colorful dish!
