Brandied Carrots

Serves 4
1 1/4 pounds fresh carrots
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup brandy
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Peel carrots and remove ends. Cut carrots into small sticks. Place in small baking dish.
Stir melted butter, brandy, sugar and salt. Pour over carrots and bake, covered, 40 minutes or until tender.
