GINGER SAUTEED VEGETABLES
2 tbsp chicken broth
1 cup shredded carrots
2 small bell peppers cut into strips
1/2 lb sugar snap peas
1 tsp ground ginger
1/3 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tsp honey
3/4 tsp orange peel
pepper to taste
Heat broth in skillet over medium high heat for 1 minute.
Add vegetables and ginger. Saute 3-5 minutes until veggies are crisp-tender.
Add orange juice, honey, orange peel and pepper; stir well and serve.
