Recipe: Broccoli Casserole (using Ritz Crackers)

BEN'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) margarine

Combine broccoli, cheese and margarine until melted.
Pour into casserole dish.

Topping:
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) melted margarine
35 crushed Ritz crackers

Combine margarine and crackers. Sprinkle on top of casserole.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
