Recipe: Sour Cream Blue Cheese Dressing

Salads - Salad Dressings
SOUR CREAM BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

1/2 cup fat free sour cream
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup (1-oz.) crumbled Blue cheese
2 tablespoons minced red or green onion
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

In a small bowl whisk together sour cream, vinegar and mustard; stir in cheese and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to one week.

Serve on sliced tomatoes or crisp torn greens.

Makes Generous 3/4 Cup
