Recipe: Broccoli Dip

Appetizers and Snacks
BROCCOLI DIP

1 large onion, chopped
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter
3 pkgs (10 oz each) chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 oz) pkg Rondele semi-soft garlic with jalapeno peppers cheese
3 oz chopped mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion in butter. Combine with remaining ingredients in a large bowl and add salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
