Recipe(tried): Broiled Bluefish with Tangy Glaze

BROILED BLUEFISH WITH TANGY GLAZE

2 lbs. bluefish fillets or other fish fillets
1/3 cup melted margarine or butter
1/3 cup catsup
1/3 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 large bay leaf, crumbled

Cut fish into serving size portions. Place fish in a single layer in a baking dish, approximately 12x8x2 inches. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over fillets; turn fish to coat evenly; cover. Marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes. Arrange fish, skin side up on a well greased broiler pan, approximately 15x10x1 inches. Brush with sauce. Broil 4-5 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
