Recipe(tried): Heavenly Fish

HEAVENLY FISH

2 lbs. skinless fillets
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise/salad dressing
3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash liquid hot pepper sauce
Paprika

Place fillets in a single layer on a well greased 15x10x1 inch bake and serve type platter. Brush fillets with lemon juice and let stand for 10 min.

Combine cheese, butter, salad dressing, onion, salt and pepper sauce. Broil fillets about 4" from source of heat for 6-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from heat and spread with cheese mixture. Broil 2-3 min. longer or until lightly browned.
