Recipe(tried): Chipper Fillets

CHIPPER FILLETS

2 lbs. fish fillets
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
1 cup crushed potato chips

Dip fillets in salad dressing. Place fillets in a single layer (skin side down if present), on a 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Cimbine crushed chips and cheese. Sprinkle over fillets. Bake in an extremely hot oven, 500 deg. F. for 10 to 15 min. or until fillets flake easily when tested with a fork.
