Recipe: Smoked Sausage, Onion and Roasted Red Pepper Marinara Sauce

SMOKED SAUSAGE, ONION AND ROASTED RED PEPPER MARINARA SAUCE

1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced on bias
1/2 cup Mancini Roasted Red Peppers, sliced into strips
3/4 cup Mancini Fried Onions
2 1/2 cups marinara sauce
1 (1 1b) box farfalle (bow tie) pasta, cooked and drained
Fresh basil sprig (for garnish)
Breadsticks (for serving)

Place sausage in a hot saucepan and sear until lightly golden brown. Add peppers, onions and marinara sauce. Bring to a simmer.

Place prepared pasta in a bowl and top with desired amount of sauce.

Garnish with a basil sprig. Serve with breadsticks.
