This is great news. I have been searching for this recipe for a couple of years. We moved from OR 12 years ago and really miss this incredible sandwich. I will try the recipe from this site but wish there could be more details about the chili sauces used. I seem to remember the cabbage being tossed in some kind of vinegarette/sauce? Also a peanut sauce maybe. Can't wait to try it and even if it is a close recipe it will bring back good memories.
