re: Cart de Frisco Spicy Chicken sandwich - There's more to this recipe but this is a good start

Misc.
It has a honey glaze and also a spicy peanut sauce.

Here's a little more info from a local Eugene paper:

"The grilled chicken sandwich at Cart de Frisco is tough to beat. It's the Asian-inspired sauces that makes this sandwich a party for your mouth: a sweet honey glaze on the chicken, a tangy, apple-plum sauce on the bun, and a spicy sesame-peanut puree dressing up the coleslaw that sits atop the chicken.

It all makes for a crunchy, spicy, messy nosh, and earns Cart de Frisco the honor of the Greatest Lunch Cart in All the Land. Well, best in Eugene, anyway.

Cart owner Kit Tangtrong- jita, a native of Thailand, invented the sandwich after eating and cooking his way through the culinary melting pots of Hawaii and San Francisco."

The marinade probably involves sesame oil, soy, ginger, and garlic. Add honey to that for glazing while cooking. I think the housin sauce is actually a plum sauce but it may work as well.

I would give almost anything to know the correct way to make this sandwich!
