Recipe: Chicken Pasta Waldorf Salad

Chicken Pasta Waldorf Salad
rec.food.cooking/Kate (2002)

3 cans (6-3/4 oz. each) chicken, drained and flaked
1/3 cup apple, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup celery, sliced
2 Tablespoons raisins
1/4 cup walnuts
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 cups cooked pasta, well drained
1/2 to 2/3 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing

Mix chicken, apple, celery, raisins, nuts, ginger and add miracle whip. Toss in the pasta (I like macaroni) and lightly blend. Chill.
