Recipe: Pasta and Bean Salad with Blue Cheese Ranch Dressing

Salads - Potato, Pasta
Pasta and Bean Salad with Blue Cheese Ranch Dressing
alt.cooking/Wayne (1996)

This is my all time favorite pasta salad.

1 can kidney beans drained
1 can garbanzo beans drained
1 can black beans drained
3 cups shell macaroni

Cook three cups shell macaroni until just done. Drain, chill and add to drained beans and mix well. I have tried adding other thing onions, peppers etc. but I like the beans and pasta best plain.

Dressing

I make a quart of Hidden Valley buttermilk dressing and add 2 to 3 oz. crumbled blue cheese to it. Don't dress the salad, let each guest do put as little or as much on as wanted. There should be some dressing left for other salads.
