BEEF TIPS AND RICE
1 cup flour
salt and pepper
1 to 2 pounds beef stew meat
6 tsp oil
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cups water
4 beef bouillon cubes
4 cups cooked rice
Season flour with salt and pepper. Coat each piece of beef cubes with the flour mixture; set aside remaining flour.
Fry beef in oil until browned on all sides.
Add onion and toss remaining flour mixture into pan. Stir around to incorporate flour mixture. Add water and beef bouillon.
Put into 350F oven for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and mix with rice.
