2 cup bread flour to 2 1/2 cups
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 pkt Rapid Rise yeast
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbl olive oil
1 cup hot water
Knead until smooth and satiny. Shape into ball, and let rise for 10 minutes. Then shape and bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.
