From: Kim,La.
1 cup butter or margarine, soft
1 lb. sm. curd creamed cottage cheese
2 cup flour
Mix all together. When well mixed, divide dough into 5 equal balls. this will be a sticky dough. Wrap each ball in Saran Wrap and put all wrapped balls in refrigerator at least 2 hours. When ready to bake, set oven on 375 degrees. Working with one ball at a time, roll out on floured board like a pie crust. Cut with sharp knife like a triangle. Roll big end to small end to form crescent. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 25-30 minutes or until light golden on bottoms and little golden spots appear on crescent. Remove from pan and let cool for 5 minutes and frost with your favorite thin powdered sugar frosting. Makes about 40. These do not freeze.
