Recipe(tried): Cranberry Pudding (Repost)

Cranberry Pudding

1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup molasses mixed with 1/2 cup hot water
1 cup fresh cranberries

Combine all ingredients till well mixed. Grease the top pan of a double
boiler, and spoon batter into it. Bring water to boil in bottom of the double
boiler, and then lower heat to low simmer. Place pan with batter on top of
simmering water, and cook, covered (DO NOT PEEK!!!) for 2 hours. Uncover and
turn out onto a wire rack to cool slightly. Serve warm with below sauce,
whipped cream, or plain.

Sauce
I always double this cus its so yummy!

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup cream
1/2 cup sugar

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil
and continue to boil, stirring frequently so sauce doesnt stick to pan, for 10
minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
