Recipe(tried): Cranberry Tangerine Relish

Toppings - Assorted
Cranberry Tangerine Relish

1 bag fresh cranberries
1 fresh tangerine (or orange), cut into sections and seeded (leave peel on tho)
1 1/2 cups sugar (more or less to taste)

Combine the fruit in food processor (probably could use blender just chop it up
in smaller batches), pulsing until finely chopped. Stir in sugar, and
refrigerate at least 2 hours to combine flavors.
