Recipe: Crazy Bars (using vegetable oil)

CRAZY BARS

1 (1 lb) box light brown sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 3/4 cups self-rising flour
4 large eggs
1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan.

Mix all ingredients well in a mixing bowl. You may add other items such as chocolate chips, M&M's, coconut, butterscotch chips, etc. to batter. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not over bake. Cool before cutting.
