CREAMY TURKEY BURRITOS
1 pound ground turkey
1 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup reduced-sodium chicken bouillon
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
1 cup non-fat imitation sour cream
8 8-inch flour tortillas
1/2 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
In large skillet, over medium-high heat, saute turkey, onions and garlic 5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Drain. Return to heat.
Over medium heat, stir in flour, chili powder, pepper flakes, salt, bouillon and green chilies. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
On each tortilla, spoon 1/2 cup of turkey mixture. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese and roll up. Place burritos in prepared pan. Cover pan with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees F. 15 to 20 minutes or until hot. Serve with salsa, if desired.
