Recipe: Peanut Butter Roll-Ups

Appetizers and Snacks
PEANUT BUTTER ROLL-UPS

Trim crusts from 10 white bread slices.

With rolling pin, roll each up until slightly flattened.

Spread 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter on each slice.

Roll up, like jelly roll and cut crosswise into 4 pieces.

Cut each of 10 bacon slices in half, crosswise and then lengthwise.

Wrap a piece of bacon around each peanut butter roll-up and secure with a toothpick.

Place roll-ups on pan.

Broil for 5 minutes, turning once.
