Easy Tasty Cucumber Salad

I make this recipe when I'm in the mood for something really healthy, easy and tasty. Combine two peeled, sliced cucumbers in a bowl with one container of plain, nonfat yogurt. Mix in a tablespoon of minced garlic (or less, I suppose, if you're not a garlic fiend like myself) and some Japanese rice wine vinegar, or any other sweet vinegar. Crush some fresh ground pepper on top, and voila! The combo of garlic and sweet rice wine vinegar is really tangy and yummy.
