Elegant Spinach

1/2 pound Fresh mushrooms
6 Canned artichoke bottoms
2 packages Frozen chopped spinach
Cooked and drained
3 slices Bacon -- crisply fried and
Crumbled
Salt, pepper -- nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Dried minced onion
1 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar

Saute mushrooms in butter. Line the bottom of a 8" square pan with artichoke bottoms. Cover with spinach and top with bacon and mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and nutmeg and minced onion. Bake 15 min. at 325. (The dish may be frozen or refrigerated at this point.) Remove from oven and cover with sour cream and cheese. Return to oven for another 5 min.
