Recipe: Equal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Equal Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 2/3 cups stick butter or margarine, softened
8 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tablespoons vanilla
6 1/2 tablespoons Bulk Pack EQUAL Sweetner
2 2/3 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 quarts all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 quart semi-sweet chocolate chips

Beat butter in 12-quart bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment on medium speed 1 minute or until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until blended.

Mix in Equal and brown sugar until well combined. Gradually mix in combined flour, baking soda and salt until blended.

Using low speed, mix in chocolate chips. Drop dough by #100 scoops (about 2 teaspoons) onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake in preheated 350F standard oven 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
