Recipe(tried): Fried Bananas

Fried Bananas

1/2 cup real maple syrup
1/2 cup spiced rum
3 bananas, halved
sprinkle cinnamon
ice cream or frozen yogurt

In a frying pan, add 1/2 cup syrup, 1/2 cup spiced rum and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Fry bananas in this mixture for 1-2 minutes at medium heat until it starts to bubble. Flip bananas once; remove from heat.
Dish ice cream or frozen yogurt into dessert dishes. Spoon sauce and bananas over ice cream; serve warm.
