Recipe: Fried Beef in Gravy (using canned beef cubes)

Not exactly what you are looking for, but this is a good recipe...

Fried Beef in Gravy

1 flat round can beef, drain
1 1/2 cups flour on paper towel
1 cup Crisco
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup water

Empty beef in large bowl. Take out chunks of beef and roll in flour a piece at a time and drop in hot Crisco. Let brown quickly. Take out. You my have to add a little more Crisco for gravy.

Add 3 heaping Tbsp flour to pan you browned the beef and let the flour brown. Then add broth and water to make a medium gravy. If too thick add more water.

Serve with hot biscuits and creamed potatoes.
